No bank login. A free plan with no card, and a 7-day trial on Pro Personal. If something still isn’t clear, write to us from the app.
No, and we never will. You type in your bills and your pay. Billify never asks for your bank login, never reads your transactions and never sees your balance.
Yes. The Free plan needs no card and covers up to 8 outgoings and 2 incomes in the This month view. Pro Personal adds everything else, from £3.99 a month or £39.90 a year, with 7 days free. You can also try the full product with sample bills first.
You add a card and get 7 days of Pro Personal. Nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel in Account before then and you won’t be billed. Pro Business has no trial and is billed from day one.
It’s the pay you’ve actually received, minus the bills due this pay (paid or not), minus what you’ve parked in pots. Pay you’re still expecting isn’t counted; it shows separately as what you’ll have by payday if it lands. If you’re short, it says so in red.
Mark your main pay and switch to This pay. It runs from payday to payday instead of the 1st to the 31st, and works with monthly, 4-weekly, fortnightly and weekly pay.
Yes. On Pro Personal you can invite your partner to one shared household ledger that shows in both accounts. Your own personal ledger stays private to you. Your partner joins free.
Pro Personal is your household: bills, income, pots, Bills funds, the debt planner, reminders and partner sharing. Pro Business includes all of that and adds up to 5 business accounts, each with its own leftover, plus invoices and a job tracker.
You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. Your bills aren’t deleted, and you can export everything as CSV at any time.
Billify runs in your browser on phone or desktop today, and you can install it to your home screen. Native iOS and Android apps are coming, and they’ll open the same account.
