Legal
Terms
Last updated 31 August 2026. By using Billify you agree to this. It’s short on purpose.
The product
Billify is a web app for tracking bills, income, leftover, savings, arrears, and (on Pro Business) invoices. You type the numbers. We don’t connect to your bank. Nothing here is financial advice, a credit check, or a promise you’ll get out of debt.
Accounts and plans
You need an account to keep a ledger. The demo is a look around and it resets. Pro Personal includes a 7-day trial; Pro Business is billed from day one. Prices are on the pricing page. Cancel any time in Account — you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends.
Your data
You own what you type in. You can export it. Don’t put data in Billify you don’t have a right to keep. If you abuse the service or try to break it, we can close the account.
Availability
We’ll keep Billify running as best we can. We don’t guarantee it will never go down, and we’re not liable for missed bills, overdrafts, or decisions you make from the picture on screen.
Changes
We may update these terms or the product. If a change is material we’ll say so in the app or by email. Questions: support@billify.help.
