How to track bills without connecting your bank
Most people aren’t careless with money. They’re working without a clear picture. Banking apps put every coffee next to the rent, and spreadsheets go stale.
The fix is a ledger you fill in on purpose. Write down the bills you know are coming, mark them paid when they leave your account, and keep the leftover in one place.
You don’t need Open Banking or a feed of transactions. You need a quiet list that you update when something changes. That’s the whole trick.
